Club Amigos is an exciting Spanish Enrichment Program for children, conveniently held at your child's school. Certified, experienced teachers teach the basics of Spanish in a positive and fun environment via games, songs and engaging activities. No boring books or mandatory homework!

The program is offered in sessions (usually six, seven or eight weeks long, depending on how the school year breaks down). A new topic is taught every session so that children may enroll for many years without ever repeating the same material. Your child will get more out of the program by participating in all the sessions; however, each session can stand alone so that kids may join anytime during the year without feeling intimidated. Club Amigos is offered to all grades.

You may prepay for as many sessions as you'd like, which will keep you from having to re-enroll every few months. Paying in advance for a few sessions or for the entire year also ensures your child has a spot in our program and keeps you from paying any late enrollment fees. (Late registrations incur a $10 fee per family.)

If you miss the deadline, you MUST call to enroll, as we cannot take registrations the day of class. Please don't just send your child!

Eco-friendly Club Amigos encourages the use of their website should you need a reminder of the session dates, want to sign your child up at a later date and/or need another printable enrollment form. (The school office should have extras, too.) Our policies and newsletters will be available online, as well.

Club Amigos does not give refunds of any kind, so please make sure this is something your child wants to do. We regret that we can't reimburse for children's absences or when class is cancelled due to inclement weather. If you let us know in advance of a planned absence, however, we will gladly work with you to keep you from paying for a class you know your child will not attend. And, of course, if the minimum enrollment number is not met and the program cannot be held, you will get your money back.

Please be aware that Club Amigos charges $1 for every minute your child is late being picked up after class. This does not apply to those in After School Care or to the children allowed to walk or bike home. If you have reason to believe you will be unable to pick your child up on time, please consider the school's After School Care Program as an option.

At the end of the school day, we will get the very young children from their homerooms and bring them where Club Amigos is held, but all other children need to arrive on their own. The school often makes reminder announcements, but it's best to notify your child's homeroom teacher where your child is supposed to go on the designated day.

Submit the following information and payment (make checks payable to Club Amigos) to the school office:

  • Child's name
  • Grade
  • Teacher
  • Parent/guardian name
  • Home phone number
  • Mobile phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Where your child goes after Club Amigos (for example, gets picked up, goes to After School Care, walks or bikes home). If your child is picked up, please list an emergency contact person and phone number.

You will receive e-mail confirmation once we receive your registration. (If no e-mail, you will receive phone confirmation.)

There is a $20 fee for returned checks.
